The standard CzarLite base rate covers pricing between all points in the contiguous United States and has been used in thousands of national and regional LTL contracts. Geographic components in CzarLite assure that whether your shipments are short haul, long haul, regional, multi-regional or national, you will be using pricing levels from competitive carriers handling similar shipments within the same markets. This prevents any individual carrier’s operational and marketing bias from overtly influencing the pricing system.

Licensing CzarLite
SMC³’s license to use CzarLite as a base rate is scaled to the size of your business (measured in annual revenue). Each CzarLite base rate license includes:
- A single-user copy of CzarLite PC/Windows or a CzarLite data module for RateWare, and
- An SMC³ Associate Membership.
The Windows technology is a fully functional, yet simple method for managing and evaluating your transportation bids. The RateWare data module simplifies the integration of CzarLite into your business enterprise, and the Associate Membership provides you with many valuable informational and educational tools throughout the life of your CzarLite agreements.
