SMC³’s RateWare COM is the product to use for integrating CzarLite data into outside vendors’ software or within your own, in-house applications. RateWare COM gives transportation and supply chain software developers access to the shipment rating capabilities of SMC³’s LTL rating engine using Microsoft’s Component Object Model (COM) technology. This object is extremely small, fast and efficient. The design is fully self-contained, which technically speaking means that the target machine does not require any additional files or DLLs to register and work. From a non-technical viewpoint, this means that the system can easily integrate with your existing programs using simple techniques and minimal time requirements.
The product is available in two different forms: (1) as a single user application running on a single workstation and (2) as a client object designed to work in conjunction with SMC³'s RateWare Server.
