Bob Bullock, Vice President of International Services, Southeastern Freight Lines

Bob Bullock is vice president of international services for Southeastern Freight Lines in Columbia, SC. His 31 years of experience in transportation have focused on LTL in international markets serving shippers, freight forwarders and customs brokerage providers. Bullock is an expert in LTL transportation between Mexico and the United States.

Daniel L. Fulkerson, Attorney, Lorance & Thompson, P.C.

Daniel L. Fulkerson is an attorney with Lorance & Thompson, P.C. in Houston, TX. He specializes in transportation issues, U.S. Customs regulations and international trade. Fulkerson’s practice includes corporate representation, commercial disputes and transportation law. Prior to his legal career, he earned his Customs Brokers license working in international freight forwarding, warehousing, insurance and logistics services.

Brad Gregory, Director, Software Alliances, SMC³

Brad Gregory is director of the SMC³ software alliance program, developing partnerships with supply chain technology providers, as well as major shipper, carrier and third party accounts. With more than 25 years of experience in LTL transportation, Gregory is a regular speaker at industry meetings, educating the participants in LTL operations, costing and rating practices.

Danny B. Slaton, Senior Vice President, Business Development, SMC³

Danny Slaton is senior vice president of business development at SMC³. With more than 20 years of experience communicating with carriers, shippers, logistics providers and technology developers, Slaton is regularly sought out for dialog and insight regarding issues surrounding transportation pricing. His areas of expertise include LTL benchmarking, transportation pricing dynamics, supply chain operational practices and the roles of technology and 3PLs within the transportation industry.

Will Taylor, Director of Operations, Averitt Express

Will Taylor is director of operations for Averitt Express, where he spent the first 10 years of his career as an engineering leader. He is a 14-year veteran of the LTL industry, with expertise in operations, engineering and technology. His industry experience includes optimization of line haul and scheduling operations, improvement of cross-dock systems and fleet technology.

David Turner, Regional Vice President of Operations, Southeastern Freight Lines

David Turner is regional vice president of operations for Southeastern Freight Lines for the Southwest Region, including the company’s Mexican and U.S. cross-border service. He has a long and distinguished career in the trucking industry spanning more than 20 years. Turner is responsible for developing and executing a full-service LTL operation including local pickup and delivery, line-haul, terminal operations and customer service.

Esteban Zimbron, Director, EZ Consultants

Esteban Zimbron is director of EZ Consultants in Monterrey, Mexico. With 30 years’ experience in transportation, he has launched terminal, linehaul and sales operations for U.S. carriers during their first stages in Mexico. He is an expert at intra-Mexico rates and pricing agreements with U.S. Carriers. His recent work involves consulting on technology for shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.
